A LETTER from us

Dear Families,

I was born on JinTang Island in China. What I remember about my whole childhood is the mud, seashells, dragonflies, rocks, trees, sheep as well as pigs. I still recall how I chased fireflies, watched plants grow and learned where to find potatoes.

I am passionate about nature and have respected it all my life. Sky, Ocean ,Mountain, Forest, Birds, Universe, Sunrise and Sunset. There are endless things awaiting us to explore.

We believe nature provides us with infinite possibilities to discover the secret beauty in everything. When exploring, we become more aware of the real world through smelling, touching, feeling and hearing.

Most importantly, I love to talk to children and listen to their stories about everything happening around them. Sometimes, I hear them say ,"Look, Helen - the cloud looks like an ice cream scoop." The other day another child said, "The worm was sad because he could not find his mommy.." During my ten years spent with children, I have learned so much from them. Their compassion, inner strength, trust, and curiosity. I respect them.

Let's go and see how our four seasons change, the way a river flows, and where flowers bloom. We can learn how birds fly, feel where the wind goes and think about what makes a rainbow.

Let's make our wild adventure happen with your children now.

Sincerely,
Helen
